Reporting to the Head of Sales of Lat Am the functions will be:

To manage the strategic direction of sales representatives;

Maintaining and improving business relationships and customer service with distributors, hospitals and clinicians across Colombia;

Management of core metrics: revenues, margin and operating profit;

Exceed regional sales goals and envisioned growth for Colombia;

Ensure that all staff working in the area are trained and fit for function and that available company programs to this end are offered and participated in;

Ensures appropriate trend of sales performance and control of distribution issues, customer orders/back orders;

Helps introduce focus products as appropriate for the different business segments across all of Colombia;

Ensure successful implementation of clinical education programs and establish relationship with KOL across multiple disciplines;

Manage all business costs, compliance to all legal standards / ethics, and operates in a leadership style that is squarely within our core values.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

Entrepreneur and visionary professional with strategic leadership with minimum of 5 - 8 years of sales management experience within the medical devices industry, with good understanding and relationship among clinicians in major hospitals, surgery centers and ambulatory clinics. Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal formats, is required.

Ability to travel 50%+

Proven leadership to Hire, develop and retain an outstanding team

Strategic planning / selling skills

Medical industry knowledge / acumen / competitor knowledge

Customer Focus

Demonstrated knowledge of P&L principles

Proven historical success in managing a team and exceeding objectives

Proven experience of influencing the broader health market in assigned geography
