Reporting to Director - Professional Education

You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing, managing and processing documents required for the company needs assessment processes relating to cross-border activity within the country;
  • Activities that require needs assessment review include, but are not limited to, Design Meetings, Medical Education Programs, User Groups and Visiting Surgeon Programs;
  • Work closely with the Regional Marketing Managers and Professional Education leads in countries to follow the strategy of the business;
  • Help on establishing a good relationship with HCP that will drive the courses and other activities of professional education;
  • Will own the contract management process for assigned HCPs and finalize the negotiation of agreements and orient service providers with their obligations, policies and procedures associated with their agreement

Qué Ofrecemos

5 years of experience in Contracting, Marketing or Professional Affairs in the Medical or related Industry; or 3 year's experience in contracting, marketing or professional affairs in the Medical or related Industry along with a law degree. Proven ability to develop and write strategic business plans. Preferred to have clinical knowledge of Orthopedics, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven project and people management skills.
