Reporting to the Sales Manager the functions will be:

Provide portfolio expertise, insight and support to end-users, sales, marketing and other corporate departments to sustain and acquire business while maintaining and developing customer loyalty;

Support the appropriate application of the company's products via instruction, education, and understanding of these products and best practices;

Identify product attributes necessary to expand into new markets, or capitalize on new applications;

Identify new, clinically driven product and market opportunities and performs other related duties as required;

Identify, analyze and implement sales opportunities to ensure consistently achievement of assigned sales quota;

Interact with internal personnel to resolve customer complaints and questions;

Identify and support tender opportunities within the territory;

Identify, quantify and make recommendations regarding the product training needs of the sales and distributor's organization; determines most desirable, effective and efficient means to provide necessary training;

Visit hospital accounts on a regular basis to ensure increase of market share, brand recognition and identification of trends in health-care market;

Identify and work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) within the defined geography;

As requested, may assist with national conventions and attend local, regional and/or national scientific trade shows and educational meetings to promote products and in-service customers.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

Professionals with Bachelor Degree and 2-8 years of medical devices sales experience selling to hospital, operating room, ICU, post-operative suites and clinics.

Sales quota achievement, Strategic planning and selling skills, medical industry and competitor's knowledge, sense of urgency and customer focus
