Descripción

  • Managing Inbound Communications: Proactively handle inbound calls, emails, and messages, identifying customer needs and converting inquiries into registrations.
  • Account Ownership & Client Engagement: Manage a portfolio of prospective and active customers, maintaining ongoing communication to build trust, loyalty, and retention.
  • Customer Onboarding & Growth: Register new customers, schedule trial classes, perform structured follow-ups, and guide clients through the decision-making process.
  • Issue Resolution & Relationship Management: Address concerns or complaints with a solution-oriented mindset, de-escalating situations while protecting the customer relationship and business objectives.
  • CRM & Data Management: Accurately maintain customer information, interaction notes, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
  • Process & Script Adherence: Follow established communication frameworks while adapting conversations to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.}
  • Performance & Revenue Targets: Consistently achieve KPIs related to account conversion, registration goals, follow-up effectiveness, response times, and overall customer satisfaction.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Minimun 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success, with a strong focus on conversion and relationship building.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, confident in handling calls, emails, and digital channels.
  • A commercial and results-driven mindset, comfortable working with KPIs, follow-ups, and registration targets.
  • Strong ability to manage objections, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Experience using CRM systems and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
