The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the construction and/or asphalt market (concrete manufacturers, concrete additives, mortars, asphalt) and at least 4 years of experience in negotiation strategies under the B2B model, ensuring the achievement of established commercial goals, and executing commercial strategies through technical meetings to prospect new business opportunities.The candidate should have managed technical meetings with suppliers to delve into client interests, promoted new product launches, followed up on purchases in collaboration with the client's purchasing department, defining forecasts, open purchase orders, and delivery dates. They should also have reviewed stock replenishments with the commercial support team and organized virtual/presential seminars for clients.
