CAD Designer

This role is responsible for creating and revising solid and surface models, as well as detailed technical drawings, using 3D modeling tools under the guidance of a project leader or graphic designer. The position ensures the integrity of all computer-generated graphics, process model databases, factory layouts, and architectural or mechanical prints, which must be suitable for manufacturing, CAE evaluations, CMM data extraction, vendor communication, or technical reference. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to develop complex orthopedic device models, 2D specifications linked to 3D models in line with company drafting standards, and manufacturing process models such as castings and forgings. Additional responsibilities include performing 3D tolerance analyses, evaluating designs using anatomic data, supporting marketing and product management with visual deliverables, managing part of the graphics maintenance workload, and ensuring full compliance with quality system regulations and procedural standards.
