Descripción

  1. Monitoring and Auditing: Regularly review and monitor business operations to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  2. Policy Development: Assist in developing and updating company policies to comply with current regulations.
  3. Training: Conduct training sessions for employees to ensure they understand compliance requirements and procedures.
  4. Reporting: Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  5. Investigation: Conduct investigations into any compliance issues or breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and related documentation.
  7. Delivery of the Counterparty onboarding process for all Counterparties of the Reinsurance and Retail businesses, ensuring that TOBAs are in effected underpinning the relationship.
  8. Support the business in the provision of appropriate Non Disclosure Agreements, gaining and maintaining a record of all fully signed NDAs.
  9. Support the delivery of the Risk Management culture throughout the Group, working with team colleagues to implement and deliver the Risk Management Framework
  10. Work with the assigned business areas establish and maintain a Risk Register, ensuring continued alignment to the Group Risk Register, providing appropriate challenge to risks, their assessments and controls and ensuring that timely actions are taken to manage all risks to within appetite.
  11. Actively contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open, equal and collaborative communication culture
  12. Establish and maintain good business relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Perfil buscado (h/m)



Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in law, accounting or similars.
  2. experience in insurance companies (highly desirable)
  3. At least five years of experience in Compliance ( As an associate or JR associate)
  4. Working knowledge of global regulatory environment, particularly knowledge and experience in implementing risk, governance and compliance frameworks which support local regulatory regimes.
  5. Working knowledge of Financial and Economic Sanctions and strong ability to interpret business impact.
  6. Working knowledge of Data Protection law and obligations for a Broking Business
  7. Strong working Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint knowledge
  8. Insurance market experience in a risk management and / or compliance role
  9. Understanding of global regulatory requirements and how this impacts on the business and existing and potential clients
  10. Good written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills
  11. Proactive, driven, motivated team player
  12. Self-disciplined and self- motivated to work alone and/or as part of a team
  13. Show a strong understanding of market dynamics and how this impacts the business and its clients
  14. Good knowledge of market and products with an ability to adapt these to client needs
  15. Good record keeping skills, maintain strong records to support actions taken and provide full audit trail
  16. Strong verbal and written English language skills - Essential - MUST
