Finance and Administration Manager will be responsible for:

  • Systematize the modules of costs, treasury, accounts payable and fixed assets, in order to obtain reliable and timely information that facilitates decision making, in addition to maintaining an updated information base that provides tools for accurate budgeting exercises.
  • Supervise strategies that reduce the tax and labor burden of the company, as well as obtain the greatest possible benefit, avoiding as much as possible any contingency that puts the shareholders' assets at risk.
  • Coordinate and supervise timely compliance with the information requested by audit teams.
  • Preparation of the calendar of annual closing dates for the delivery of the annual package.
  • Implement policies and procedures that allow safeguarding the company's assets.
  • Follow up on strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise that cash surpluses are optimized correctly, minimizing any financial costs in the use of credit lines.
  • Provide decision-making tools to the Finance and Operations
    Department in order to maintain sufficient cash for the operation of the company.
  • Prepare cash flow analysis in order to meet our payable obligations.
  • Authorize payment scheduling for vendors and employees as appropriate.
  • Review that all tax, labor, administrative, legal and financial obligations of the company are met.
  • Maintain a close relationship with the Finance and Operations Department in order to timely comply with the requirements of the parent company.
  • Maintain effective communication between the operational areas
    that report to the Finance and Operations Department.



Perfil buscado (h/m)

The Successful candidate will be:

  • Educated to a degree level in Finance, an advanced degree a plus.
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years in corporate finance and in a similar position
  • Knowledge of local legislation in terms of: labor, tax, legal and local GAAP.
  • 3 - 5 years people management.
  • Financial Accounting experience.
  • Advanced English proficiency is a must.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency with expert level with Excel.
  • Interpretation of Financial Statements.
  • Budget preparation.
  • Design and Monitoring of financial and operations KPIs.
