Descripción

  • Conduct detailed financial reviews of the company's Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
  • Maintain a solid grasp of accounting standards and the company's overall financial performance.
  • Review and validate account reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Oversee treasury operations, including the preparation and monitoring of cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity.
  • Assess and manage the company's foreign exchange exposure, applying derivative instruments to reduce currency risk.
  • Perform cost and profitability evaluations, including margin calculations and pricing strategies.
  • Supervise and review inventory levels and related logistics expenses to maintain effective financial control.
  • Prepare and validate sales commission calculations for commercial teams while ensuring data privacy and discretion.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Proven experience in financial reporting and performance evaluation, ideally within the retail or consumer goods sector.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, including financial modeling and data management.
  • English level B2, with strong conversational and business communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and the ability to interpret P&L statements and balance sheets.
  • Experience developing and reviewing cash flow projections and managing treasury activities.
  • Proficiency in ERP platforms, preferably Oracle or SAP.

Qué Ofrecemos

  • Hybrid work model: 2-3 days per week at the office.
  • Salary: Between COP 6,000,000 and 6,500,000, according to experience and qualifications.
