SAP SuccessFactors would be a plus.

  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Administers two or more functional HR programs in accordance with corporate directives.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Investigates Team Member issues upon request or direction, reporting results to department management, and manages the appropriate resolution of issues to solve the problem in the most effective manner possible.
  • Negotiates with local vendors of supporting programs or projects.
  • Investigates allegations to resolve employee relations issues for the best possible outcome in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Supports inquiries related to benefits, retirement, compensation, etc.
  • Participates in routine HR projects including communications, participating in meetings, tracking results, and assisting with reporting.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

We are currently looking for the next HR Generalist. The ideal candidate must be BILINGUAL (B2+ or C1 English level) and have knowledge of Colombian labor legislation. This team member will be responsible for administering policies related to all phases of human resources activity while working with Tstakeholders in two or more significant Human Resources Functions such as: benefits, compensation, employee relations, training, safety and related compliance/regulatory issues, etc.

Knowledge and experience with any HCM system is preferred. SAP SuccessFactors would be a plus.
