Perfil buscado (h/m)

Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in HR management, labor relations, business administration or related field;

Have knowledge of/have worked with these HR business models:

  • Functional or by Business Unit;
  • Regional and/or Global Model;
  • HRBP Model;
  • Agile HR Model;
  • Shared Services HR Model;
  • Center of Excellence (CoE) HR Model;
  • Support to all areas/stakeholder (commercial, finance, supply chain, HR, IT, Quality, etc.);
  • HC management over 500 employees and experience with contractors/NonEE.
  • Employee Turnover Rate;
  • Retention Rate;
  • Employee Engagement Score;
  • Training and Development ROI;
  • Absenteeism Rate;
  • Experience with ERGs and DEI Metrics;
  • Compliance and Risk Management Metrics.
