Descripción

  • Support payroll-related operational processes and social security management, including follow-up on incapacities, resolution of inconsistencies, support during audits or legal requests, and management of employee and former employee documentation requests (employment certificates, historical records, payroll support), ensuring timely responses and compliance with legal and internal requirements.
  • Provide support for HR platforms ensuring proper documentation, process follow-up, access control, data accuracy, and guidance to employees and managers in the use of the systems.
  • Manage local Learning & Development operations in SuccessFactors, including course and curriculum creation, modification, assignment and de-assignment, follow-up on overdue mandatory training, contractor training compliance, user access support, and generation of training metrics and progress reports.
  • Coordinate the operational execution of local HR initiatives (e.g., Elevate and wellbeing programs), including logistics, vendor coordination, communication support, and joint execution of wellbeing activities with the HR intern.
  • Provide administrative support in the creation of purchase orders, tracking of vendor invoices, and follow-up on payments related to HR initiatives and services



Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, learning administration, or administrative roles.
  • English B2.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
