We are seeking an Inventory Analyst FLC for a temporary role in the Life Science industry. The position is based in Bogotá or Cali and involves optimizing inventory processes and supporting the Procurement & Supply Chain department.

Descripción

  • Ownership and oversight of inventory planning and reconciliation carried out by planners at each month-end
  • Responsible for tracking and highlighting excess inventory and discard risks for SIOP and other forums to ensure adherence to all related processes.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to all policies, procedures, and data protocols for inventory policy
  • Responsible for facilitating inventory optimization work by using inventory optimizer and other analysis
  • Development and maintenance of data visualization and reporting. Adoption of the tools, and development/implementation of appropriate processes that improve efficiency.
  • Responsible for creating business intelligence that can help deliver compounding process efficiency.



Perfil buscado (h/m)

A successful Inventory Analyst FLC should have:

  • Advanced English proficiency
  • 3+ years supply chain & analytics experience required
  • Experience/Certifications in Analytics tools like Excel, Power BI and Tableau
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, negotiating skills, and communication (both verbal and written).
  • Ambiguity management.
  • Must be results-oriented and have the ability to work with a high degree of independence.
  • Demonstrate an ability to assess the impact of short-term decisions on the longer term business goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making in a cross-functional environment using financial/technical assessments and soft skills to drive decision-making
