  • Process modeling of manufacturing activities and operations in the ERP system.
  • Data inspection from quality documentation and initiatives.
  • Automation of manufacturing activities.
  • Manage and maintain the MANUFACTURING QUALITY SOFTWARE platform to ensure optimal performance and compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist in the migration process from existing systems to quality software QS, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
  • Update and enhance the platform's functionalities based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support during the implementation phase.
  • Conduct training sessions for users to ensure proper utilization of the MANUFACTURING QUALITY SOFTWARE.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Document processes and maintain records to comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

The IT Support Quality Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining, updating, and managing our upcoming migration and implementation of the MANUFACTURING QUALITY SOFTWARE platform. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in IT quality assurance, as well as experience in manufacturing standards.
