Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strategic key accounts, building long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities (cross-selling & upselling) within existing accounts, particularly across installed packaging systems.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, handle objections, resolve conflicts, and ensure fulfillment of contractual agreements.
  • Proactively prospect new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
  • Collaborate internally to support business planning, forecasting, and achievement of commercial KPIs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including procurement, supply chain, planning, operations, engineering, quality, marketing, and innovation teams.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

We are looking for a BILINGUAL Key Account Manager to drive business growth and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic B2B clients within the packaging industry. This role will focus on managing and expanding key accounts across Central America and the Caribbean, ensuring sustainable revenue growth through a consultative and value-driven commercial approach.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5 years of B2B commercial experience (mandatory), ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholders and selling into industries such as food, beverage (beer, soft drinks, dairy), machinery, or packaging.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and develop strategic accounts.
  • Advanced English level (B2+ is mandatory).
  • Experience working in regional or international markets is a plus.
