Descripción

  • Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment with critical paths and change-control procedures.
  • Support engineering workflows by tracking technical deliverables, documenting meetings, maintaining action logs, and ensuring full traceability of decisions and design updates.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts by consolidating engineering and financial data, preparing variance analyses, and supporting cost‑control reviews.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards and performance indicators in Power BI, providing real‑time visibility into progress, risks, and financial impacts.
  • Prepare clear executive-level presentations summarizing technical, commercial, and schedule updates for senior leadership and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Manage contractual tracking activities, including purchase orders, invoicing milestones, compliance documents, and coordination with Supply Chain and Finance.
  • Facilitate PMO and Agile practices by maintaining documentation standards, running follow-up meetings, and organizing retrospectives.
  • Engage with external engineering partners, including EPC and technical firms, to coordinate deliverables, monitor quality, and support issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, finance, legal, and operational stakeholders to maintain project alignment, anticipate risks, and support timely decision-making.



Perfil buscado (h/m)

A successful Project Coordinator should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Energy, Petroleum, or related fields) or equivalent technical experience.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within large‑scale engineering, LNG, Oil & Gas, or energy‑infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of project engineering workflows; knowledge of the Energy & Natural Resources sector is a significant advantage.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, capable of supporting multiple engineering and schedule‑driven workstreams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional technical, financial, and legal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, and collaboration platforms.
  • A proactive, analytical, and problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate risks and support technical decision‑making.
  • Advanced English proficiency for technical discussions and documentation.
  • Valid U.S. visa (B1/B2 or equivalent) and availability for recurrent travel to the United States.
