Reporting to Regional Sales Manager, the position of Sales Manager should:

  • Identify and cultivate business opportunities within the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on battery solutions (Utility Scale, distributed generation, and residential). Develop and implement commercial strategies to expand market presence and grow the company's footprint in the sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the energy sector (utilities, distributors, government bodies, and large consumers), leveraging existing networks while creating new connections to fuel business growth.
  • Utilize expertise in electrical systems and automation to understand the company's product offerings and deliver tailored technical solutions that address client's specific needs.
  • Identify emerging market trends, customer demands, and business opportunities, particularly in energy storage solutions, to grow the client portfolio.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

We are seeking a professional with a background in Electrical, Energy, or Mechanical Engineering and 4 years of experience in technical and commercial roles within the solar industry, with a strong focus on storage (Batteries). The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a well-established client network, adaptability to change, and availability for frequent travel.

English speaking is mandatory.

Be prepared to travel more than 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally, to manage relationships, attend client meetings, and explore new business prospects.
