Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Sales Manager will be responsible of:
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls;
- Meet planned sales goals;
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team;
- Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary;
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team;
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation;
- Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education;
- Promote the organization and products;
- Understand the ideal customers and how they relate to the products.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
We are looking for a bilingual Sales Manager with more than 10 years of experience in the automotive market in Colombia and proven experience leading professional and proactive sales teams. The Sales Manager will be required to have experience in market share development, product promotion, unit sales and relations with premium clients.
