  • Lead the rollout of standardized sales processes, practices, and performance management tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across the Salesforce team.
  • Oversees sales forecasting, planning, and processes, maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency to optimize the sales organization's efforts.
  • Supports the development and tracking of key performance metrics to enhance sales productivity.
  • Assists in creating annual plans and monthly forecasts to guide the sales leadership team.
  • Evaluates performance and productivity data to assist regional sales leaders in coaching and managing their teams effectively.
  • Analyzes critical metrics, including external data, year-over-year performance, and run rates, aligning them with overall company goals using a bottom-up approach.
  • Ensures the sales team has access to the best tools, training, and resources across various roles (local sales, contract sales, business development, and specialists).
  • Actively monitors and maintains quality, accuracy, and consistency in sales planning efforts using CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Keeps up-to-date with new product launches and inventory updates.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with sales, finance, operations, and supply chain teams.
  • Adapts quickly to challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Embraces change and sees new experiences as opportunities for growth.



Perfil buscado (h/m)

Education and Experience:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least 5 years of sales experience, with 8+ years in a sales support role within a B2B environment.
  • Preferred: Over 3 years of experience leading sales operations in a B2B setting.

  • Solid financial expertise, capable of effectively planning and executing business strategies.

  • Skilled in applying financial knowledge to drive growth and provide meaningful analysis.

  • Competent in learning and using CRM tools for sales planning and forecasting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong time management skills.
  • Familiar with marketing principles, product knowledge, and ordering processes.
