Descripción

  • Lead financial planning processes including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Maintain and optimize the company's financial model and key financial drivers.
  • Perform monthly financial performance analysis and variance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and financial performance trackers.
  • Support senior leadership with financial insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Manage headcount planning and capital expenditure analysis.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, financial reports, and board materials.
  • Support commercial finance initiatives and cross-functional business planning.
  • Contribute to financial process improvements and reporting optimization.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

A successful Senior FP&A should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Advanced english proficiency is a MUST
  • Strong experience supporting U.S.-based companies or U.S. market operations.
  • Advanced financial modeling and forecasting expertise.
  • High proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with senior leadership.
  • Professional English proficiency.
  • Individual contributor profile with strong ownership and autonomy.
