Descripción

  • Manage and optimize the company's supply chain and procurement activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes.
  • Oversee the work of supply chain personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Identify and manage risk within the supply chain.
  • Address operational issues and challenges in a timely fashion.
  • Implement new or improved supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

A successful Supply Chain Sub Director should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management and procurement.
  • Expertise in managing supply chain and procurement in Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems.
  • Strong understanding of demand forecasting and data analysis.
  • English as a second language
  • Solid business acumen and understanding of the impact of supply chain on business profitability and competitiveness.
