Supply Planner

Reporting to the Planning and Foreign Trade Manager, the Supply Planner must:
- Keep the demand forecast updated using statistical and business information, responding to the Forecast Accuracy indicator.
- Guarantee supply of finished product and materials seeking an optimal level of service and with efficient administration of the organisation's resources, responding to the indicator of Back Order, Inventories, Write Off and supporting the maintenance of the OTIF (On Time in Full) and Line-Fill Rate.
- Lead the SIOP process within the organisation, encouraging collaboration within the sales, marketing, finance and supply areas.
- Analyse trends and causes of deviation regarding the metrics in charge and propose improvement actions that maintain a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.
- Actively participate in regional and global boards, providing timely and quality information to maintain a standardised SIOP process. Manage orders from distributors, from order arrival, system process, plant dispatch, billing and reports.
