We are looking for a Tech Recruitment Manager with proven experience leading technology recruitment teams or functions. This role is critical to managing end-to-end hiring processes for software engineering, data, product, and IT roles based in Medellín.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for key technology roles.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate recruitment teams in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders and functional areas.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from talent identification through onboarding.
  • Design and implement attraction strategies for software, data, product, and IT talent.
  • Use metrics and analytics to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Propose innovative approaches to attract talent in a highly competitive market.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

The selected candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience leading tech recruitment teams or functions.
  • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience, managing teams of recruiters.
  • Strong expertise in hiring for software engineering, data, product, and IT roles.
  • Experience working in multinational or regional recruitment environments.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong hands-on execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Professional background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
