Descripción

  • Develop and manage strategic vendor relationships
  • Identify category expansion and product assortment opportunities
  • Optimize dropship P&L through pricing and cost analysis
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements
  • Monitor vendor performance using KPIs, SLAs, and scorecards
  • Analyze data and generate performance reports (Excel-driven)
  • Coordinate order processes with back office and operations teams
  • Ensure vendor compliance with quality, service, and pricing standards
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for vendor management processes
  • Support product launches and cross-functional initiatives

Perfil buscado (h/m)

A successful Vendor Relations Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management within the Retail industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency in managing supplier contracts and agreements.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with market trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. - English REQUIRED.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in:
    • Vendor management
    • Procurement / strategic sourcing
    • Supply chain or category management
  • Proven experience negotiating with vendors and managing contracts
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience tracking performance through KPIs and metrics
  • Advanced English proficiency (required)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-driven mindset with focus on profitability and cost optimization
