Descripción

  • Design and implement intelligent automation (IA) solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Provide operational support for AI, data, and enterprise agent solutions across development and production environments(Microsoft 365)
  • Monitor pipelines, applications, and services to detect failures, performance issues, and anomalies
  • Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams
  • Support and implement MLOps, DevOps, and DataOps practices to ensure scalable and repeatable deployments
  • Maintain logging, monitoring, observability, and telemetry for AI systems and platforms
  • Coordinate intake and tracking of enterprise AI/agent requests from business stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with cloud architecture, security, and governance standards
  • Support post-deployment activities, including troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor model performance, data quality, and system reliability
  • Contribute to cost optimization and efficient resource utilization in cloud environments

Perfil buscado (h/m)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in platform operations, cloud support, DevOps, or AI/data environments
  • Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and production support practices
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and logging tools
  • Experience supporting AI, analytics, or data-driven applications in production
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and security stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
