It oversees the full infrastructureroadmap, including endpoints, cloud platforms, collaboration tools, identity and access management, telecommunications, enterprise applications, and singlesign‑on solutions. It manages incident response, major escalations, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity actions while drivingroot‑cause remediation. The role leads support and infrastructure teams, promoting workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, and a culture of excellence. It reports to executive leadership through clear,business‑impact‑oriented communication and manages vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, procurement processes, and budgets.Perfil buscado (h/m)The ideal candidate has more than eight years of experience in IT support and infrastructure, including at least four years in managerial roles. They hold a degree in technology‑related fields and preferably a postgraduate degree in project management, IT management, or business administration. They demonstrate advanced English proficiency and strong command of Office 365, Active Directory, Windows/macOS ecosystems, cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and ITIL frameworks. Key competencies include strategic thinking, decision‑making under pressure, leadership development, customer focus, integrity, and adaptability.
