The Specialist supports the Consumer Marketing Manager and Private Ecosystem Lead across two dimensions: contributing to the strategic thinking behind how Lilly engages with patients and healthcare consumers, and owning the operational excellence that turns strategy into reality. You will collaborate with internal brand teams and external partners including creative/media agencies or health tech start-ups.

Descripción

Contribute to the development of consumer marketing strategies, supporting Patient Journey mapping, target segmentation, and identification of key growth opportunities.

· Collaborate with agency partners to identify and organize consumer insights, tracking campaign metrics and compiling performance reports to drive continuous optimization.

· Identify, propose and support the development of new opportunities to reach and enable patient journey.

· Work closely with Brand Management, Omnichannel, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs to ensure aligned execution. Campaign Execution & Project Management

· Own end-to-end omnichannel campaign execution, managing campaign calendars, tracking deliverables, and keeping all stakeholders aligned on priorities and deadlines.

· Support the development and content strategy of consumer campaigns aimed at educating patients and encouraging them to seek medical treatment.

· Own the end-to-end material approval process, reviewing creative assets for message consistency and quality, coordinating with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to secure timely approvals and ensuring every piece of content meets standards before going live. Agency & Partner Support

· Support day-to-day relationships with creative, media, and influencer agencies, ensuring quality, strategic alignment, and on-time delivery across all workstreams.

· Support partnerships with tech partners and other collaborators to promote disease awareness and education.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

· 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience in FMCG, Startups, Agencies, or Tech.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with meticulous attention to detail. Keeping every workstream organized and on schedule.

· Creative thinker with a sharp eye for opportunity, able to connect dots across trends, data, and consumer behavior to propose fresh ideas and approaches others might miss.

· Proven experience working with creative agencies and vendor partner

· Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable building processes from scratch in fast-moving, evolving environments.

· Advanced English, able to collaborate fluently with global counterparts.

· Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, with hands-on experience in digital tools, analytics platforms, influencer marketing, and social media

Competitive monthly salary between COP 6,000,000 and COP 7,000,000, based on experience.
