We are seeking a Contract Administrator is responsible for coordinating contract documentation, tracking deposit schedules, administering broker commission agreements, and serving as a key point of contact between buyers, brokers, attorneys, escrow agents, and internal stakeholders. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Its operations include activities related to new construction developments, pre-construction sales, and the management of relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders involved in real estate transactions.

Descripción

  • Review executed deal sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction details.
  • Prepare purchase agreements, addenda, exhibits, and related contract documentation.
  • Manage contract issuance, signature collection, revisions, and final execution.
  • Maintain and monitor deposit schedules for each contracted unit.
  • Coordinate with buyers, brokers, attorneys, and escrow agents regarding contract and deposit matters.
  • Prepare and administer broker commission agreements.
  • Track commission payment milestones and coordinate payment requests with accounting.
  • Maintain accurate reports, trackers, and contract records throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration, transaction coordination, or sales operations.
  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of real estate development, pre-construction projects, or real estate transaction processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat or DocuSign.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously with a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience working directly with clients and brokers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively

  • 100% remote work model.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (ET), with occasional weekend availability for urgent matters.
