Descripción



  • Develop and execute marketplace marketing strategies across Amazon, Temu, and Walmart


  • Manage and optimize multi-channel ad campaigns (Sponsored Ads, DSP, PPC)


  • Own and optimize marketing budget to maximize ROAS and revenue growth


  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking sales, traffic, conversion, and ad performance


  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to drive actionable insights


  • Identify growth opportunities across product assortment, pricing, and visibility


  • Lead A/B testing on content, pricing, and promotions to improve conversion rates


  • Optimize product listings (keywords, content, images) for performance and compliance


  • Support pricing, promotions, and inventory planning with data-driven insights


  • Partner with Finance on revenue forecasting and profitability analysis


  • Collaborate with Supply Chain on inventory, replenishment, and FBA/WFS processes


  • Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Brand, and Creative teams


  • Monitor marketplace trends and competitor performance to inform strategy

Perfil buscado (h/m)

A successful Digital Marketing Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel performance campaigns
  • Experience handling significant marketing budgets
  • Proficiency in tools such as Teikametrics, Helium 10, and Excel
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience optimizing product listings and digital content
  • Advanced English level (B2+/C1)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • A solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
