Descripción

The Sr. Integration & Automation Engineer leads the architecture, development, and maintenance of integrations across ERPs, HRIS, financial systems, clinical platforms, and other enterprise applications. The role manages APIs, automation scripts, ETL workflows, and middleware integrations while ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and security. It also supports system implementations, contributes to technical documentation, provides Tier-2/Tier-3 support for integration issues, and partners with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in systems integration, API development, ETL processes, and automation within enterprise environments. They have strong technical skills in REST/SOAP APIs, iPaaS or middleware platforms, scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript, and data transformation structures including JSON, XML, and CSV. They excel in requirements gathering, technical documentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.
A background working with ERPs, financial systems, HR systems, or clinical platforms is highly valuable, and advanced English is required for daily interaction with U.S.-based stakeholders.
