  • Develop negotiation strategies and cost targets by leveraging market dynamics, industry benchmarks, and key trends. Influence internal teams to adopt consistent, high-impact execution practices.


  • Lead key procurement negotiations, building trusted relationships with internal teams and suppliers.


  • Contribute to achieving efficiency targets through value-driven negotiation strategies.


  • Conduct detailed analysis of category budgets to identify spending trends, savings opportunities, and risk mitigation alternatives.


  • Support the strategic direction of the Procurement function, promoting continuous improvement and organizational transformation initiatives.


  • Proactively identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements through data analysis and Procurement/BI tools.


  • Identify and lead projects aimed at optimizing contract management workflows and procurement approval processes.


  • Maximize the use of technology and analytical tools to strengthen category management and decision-making.


  • Analyze procurement data and key performance indicators, generate reports and dashboards, and provide relevant insights for decision-making.


  • Support stakeholders throughout Procurement processes.



Perfil buscado (h/m)



  • Experience: Between 2 to 5 years in Procurement or Purchasing areas, with active participation in negotiation processes.


  • Communication: Clear, direct, and assertive communication, both written and verbal.


  • Negotiation & Procurement: Ability to structure and execute negotiation and sourcing processes strategically.


  • Procurement Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement strategies, methodologies, and tools.


  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex information, identify opportunities, and propose solutions with a strategic mindset.


  • Process Improvement: Holistic business perspective and willingness to improve processes in a practical and sustainable way.


  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships.


  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders.


  • Project Management: Ability to prioritize, organize, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously.


  • Languages: Advanced English.
