Descripción

  • Support and maintain AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents in production environments.
  • Design, configure, and optimize AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Monitor AI applications and ensure operational stability, governance, and performance.
  • Support incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Platform and Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve AI solution adoption and effectiveness.
  • Support Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, and related cloud-based AI platforms.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document technical processes, operational procedures, and support activities.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and operational standards.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Hands-on experience developing or supporting AI Agents in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and/or Azure AI Foundry.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform and Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with AI Operations, monitoring, incident management, and production support.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
  • Knowledge of RAG architectures, LLMs, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Medellín.
