The successful candidate will have significant autonomy to analyze marketplace performance, identify opportunities, make recommendations, and execute improvements across the full eCommerce lifecycle.DescripciónIndependently manage daily operations and sales performance across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Target Plus, and other eCommerce channels.Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace and retailer communications.Monitor account health, marketplace scorecards, compliance requirements, fulfillment performance, and operational metrics.Identify opportunities to increase marketplace revenue, improve profitability, grow conversion, and expand product assortment.Create, maintain, audit, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, attributes, product information, and SEO.Manage new product onboarding, assortment updates, seasonal launches, and content updates across multiple platforms.Coordinate with product development and creative teams to obtain product information, imagery, and other marketplace assets.Analyze marketplace sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, promotional, inventory, and advertising performance.Create and maintain dashboards, sales forecasts, marketplace reports, and retailer performance summaries.Monitor competitors, pricing strategies, category trends, and promotional opportunities within the home décor and rugs category.Translate marketplace data into clear recommendations and actions to improve commercial and operational performance.Manage promotional calendars and marketplace events, including Prime Day, Cyber Week, and seasonal campaigns.Execute and monitor sponsored advertising campaigns and other retail media initiatives.Analyze ROAS, traffic, conversion, and advertising performance and recommend campaign optimizations.Coordinate inventory requirements and monitor inventory health and fulfillment performance.Ensure listing accuracy, retailer compliance, and operational consistency across all marketplace channels.Perfil buscado (h/m)The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce marketplaces or digital retail accounts, ideally with direct responsibility for platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace, or similar channels.The ideal profile will demonstrate:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising, or a related field.At least 3 years of hands-on marketplace or eCommerce account management experience.Strong practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace, or comparable marketplace platforms.Experience independently managing marketplace accounts with limited administrative or analytical support.Advanced English communication skills for interaction with international stakeholders and retail partners.Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.Experience analyzing sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, advertising, and inventory performance.Knowledge of product listing optimization, digital merchandising, marketplace SEO, and content management.Experience with sponsored advertising, retail media, ROAS analysis, and promotional execution.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience in rugs, furniture, textiles, home décor, consumer goods, or related product categories will be highly valued. Experience with Shopify, EDI processes, marketplace analytics platforms, and retailer compliance processes will also be considered an advantage.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong ownership mentality who is comfortable making decisions, identifying opportunities, and executing solutions independently.
