We are looking for a Service Partnership Manager to lead the delivery and governance of service partnerships across the assigned region, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder alignment and compliance with agreed service standards. The role will also lead transformation, continuous improvement, process centralization and change management initiatives while developing high-performing teams and driving measurable business value.

Descripción

As Service Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of the Service Partnership framework across the assigned region, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with business objectives, agreed service standards and operational performance targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead service delivery and strengthen relationships with regional stakeholders, markets and GBS functions.
  • Design and maintain governance frameworks to ensure efficient and scalable service delivery.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement, transformation and process optimization opportunities.
  • Lead large-scale transformation, migration and process centralization initiatives.
  • Drive change management and process adoption across relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Establish, monitor and report KPIs and operational performance metrics.
  • Manage project resources, capacity and priorities in line with strategic and operational needs.
  • Act as a key liaison between IGBS and regional and global transformation teams.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and demonstrate the impact of transformation and performance initiatives.
  • Present complex performance, partnership and process topics to senior leadership.



Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Service Partnerships, Shared Services, organizational transformation, continuous improvement, operations or process management.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and large-scale transformation projects.
  • Strong expertise in process design, optimization and governance.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed and multinational environments.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and project management methodologies.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
  • Postgraduate studies in Operations, Transformation, Project Management or Business are desirable.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and change management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate operational information into actionable business insights.
