Descripción

Master Data Management

  • Create, update, validate, and maintain master data records, including vendors, customers, products, accounts, cost centers, and other critical business information.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, standardization, and accuracy across all applicable systems.
  • Monitor and enforce data governance policies and master data management procedures.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to verify information and ensure proper documentation and traceability of data change requests.
  • Identify data quality issues and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and improve reliability.



Process Improvement & Transformation

  • Support and actively participate in transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives across the Shared Services Center.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce operational risks, and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.



Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that support business and strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to key stakeholders.



Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to Shared Services Center policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Assess compliance risks related to master data processes and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Support audits and internal reviews by providing accurate documentation and information.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management that align with the scope of the role.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

A successful Finance Transformation Delivery Analyst should have:

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Master Data Management
  • ERP Support
  • Application Support
  • Shared Services Operations
  • Business Process Improvement
  • Transformation Projects
  • Corporate Systems Administration
  • Preferred
  • Experience working in multinational organizations.
  • Experience within Shared Services Centers (SSC).
  • Exposure to automation and digital transformation initiatives.



-Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.



Language Requirements

  • English: B2 level or higher (required).



Preferred Qualifications

  • Training or certifications in Data Management, Business Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, Automation, or Project Management.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and data governance practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with reporting and analytical tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or similar platforms.
