We are looking for an IT Analyst with strong SAP IBP expertise to support, maintain and improve Supply Chain Planning solutions within a global manufacturing organization. The role acts as a bridge between business and IT, driving forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization and system modernization initiatives.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a global environment, collaborating with Supply Chain, Finance, Technology and Planning teams while supporting strategic initiatives related to forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization and systems integration

Descripción

  • Support, maintain and optimize SAP IBP solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP and Inventory Optimization.
  • Configure and maintain planning areas, key figures, master data and planning processes.
  • Support and monitor integrations through CIDS, RTI and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Finance and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and ensure data integrity and system performance.
  • Enhance analytical capabilities and reporting solutions to support business decision-making.
  • Participate in upgrades, testing activities, enhancements and system improvements.
  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
  • Deliver user training and ongoing support to planning teams.
  • Contribute to supply chain planning transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Support implementation, migration and continuous improvement projects.



Perfil buscado (h/m)

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related discipline.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP IBP experience.
  • Experience supporting, configuring or implementing SAP IBP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP and/or Inventory Optimization processes.
  • Experience with planning areas, master data, key figures, planning levels and planning operators.
  • Knowledge of integrations such as CIDS, RTI or similar technologies.
  • Exposure to SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1).
