We are looking for a highly skilled engineering consultant with deep experience in the design of animal feed manufacturing plants. The role involves developing efficient, scalable layouts and engineering specifications-from raw material intake to final product output-ensuring high performance, safety, and automation readiness.

This role is responsible for creating and revising solid and surface models, as well as detailed technical drawings, using 3D modeling tools under the guidance of a project leader or graphic designer. The position ensures the integrity of all computer-generated graphics, process model databases, factory layouts, and architectural or mechanical prints, which must be suitable for manufacturing, CAE evaluations, CMM data extraction, vendor communication, or technical reference. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to develop complex orthopedic device models, 2D specifications linked to 3D models in line with company drafting standards, and manufacturing process models such as castings and forgings. Additional responsibilities include performing 3D tolerance analyses, evaluating designs using anatomic data, supporting marketing and product management with visual deliverables, managing part of the graphics maintenance workload, and ensuring full compliance with quality system regulations and procedural standards.

• Lead the monthly close process, including general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and review of financial statements.
• Oversee intercompany operations across the Americas, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and timely resolution of out-of-balance issues.
• Manage financial and external reporting activities, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and SOX controls.
• Supervise and develop a team of analysts by strategically assigning tasks and ensuring proper coverage of all RTR functions.
• Define strategic goals and departmental priorities aligned with broader business objectives.
• Coordinate the creation, maintenance, and delivery of key documentation such as SOPs, desktop procedures, and training materials.
• Track and analyze team and individual performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation initiatives, and technology enhancements.
• Act as a key liaison between Finance, Audit, and other global functions to ensure the integrity of intercompany transactions.
• Ensure end-to-end compliance across all RTR and intercompany activities within the regional Center of Excellence.
